All of our courses are free, as long as you are 19 or older and meet the requirements of our funding regulations. Your keyworker or employment broker will discuss these requirements with you at sign-up and complete the necessary paperwork. So, don’t worry there’s no cost to you.
Your tutor will mark your work once you’ve completed all of the learning materials and any required questions or mock exams. If you need to expand on certain answers, such as providing more detail for a question that asks you to “explain,” your tutor may ask for more information to meet the assessment criteria. You may receive personalised feedback via email or be invited to come into the centre for one-on-one support if needed.
After your work has been marked and passed, you’ll receive your certificate. For non-accredited and skills courses, this will be sent electronically straight away. For accredited courses, certificates will be issued within 24 hours to 6 weeks, either electronically or as a paper copy. If electronic, it will be emailed to you. If it’s a paper copy, we’ll ask you to collect it from your nearest centre.
You can email your tutor directly for feedback and support. Alternatively, you can use the “Contact Us” section on WP Connected to send an enquiry, and your tutor will get back to you as soon as possible.
